As a key green‑energy project of SPIC Group, this project is invested and developed by its subsidiary Wuxi Xinggang New Energy Co., Ltd. Located in the contiguous aquaculture pond area covering Huangtu Town and Ligang Sub‑district of Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone, it serves as a benchmark new‑energy carrier for Jiangyin to pursue the “Dual‑Carbon” goals and promote the integration of fishery and agricultural industries.
With a total investment of RMB 490 million, the project transfers approximately 2,800 mu of fish‑pond water surface. It features a DC installed capacity of 153.1152 MWp and an AC capacity of 130.2 MW, divided into 55 photovoltaic zones. High‑efficiency 700 Wp bifacial monocrystalline‑silicon PV modules are adopted. A new dedicated 110 kV step‑up substation is constructed as supporting facility, with seven circuits of 35 kV collector circuits laid for unified step‑up and grid‑connection.
Pipe piles of model PHC300‑70AB supplied by Pinsheng Building Materials are applied in this project, with a pile length of 7.5 meters.
