Invested and built by Haining Yueyuhai New Energy Co., Ltd., the project is located to the east of Dongqin Route, Qinmin Block, Hengshan Community, Haichang Sub‑district, Haining City. It is a key green and low‑carbon demonstration project integrating fishery‑solar complementation and smart agriculture in Haining, Jiaxing.
With a total investment of RMB 350 million, the project transfers a total of 1,260 mu of connected ponds and garden plots. Its recorded installed capacity is 100 MWp, while the actual installed capacity reaches 87.05 MWp after compliant optimization. High‑efficiency bifacial PV modules are selected and elevated support layout is adopted. The photovoltaic coverage ratio is strictly controlled to guarantee light transmission and ventilation for underwater water body. It realizes dual‑purpose of one land: photovoltaic power generation above panels and ecological aquaculture underwater, delivering increased benefits for agriculture, fishery and energy sectors.
This project adopts PHC300‑70AB pipe piles supplied by Pinsheng Building Materials, with pile lengths ranging from 8 meters to 9 meters.
