Invested and constructed by Sheyang Huasheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the project is located to the east of Provincial Highway S228 in Sheyang Port Economic Development Zone. It serves as a core green‑energy supporting project of Sheyang Port Zero‑Carbon Industrial Park and a key new‑energy demonstration project of the county.
Covering a total land area of approximately 1,562.33 mu, the project carries out comprehensive fishery‑solar complementary development based on contiguous aquaculture ponds. It is planned with an AC installed capacity of 150 MW. High‑efficiency N‑type double‑glass bifacial 630 Wp PV modules are adopted together with string inverters. Photovoltaic power generation units are arranged in blocks to realize the three‑dimensional composite utilization mode of “power generation above water and aquaculture underwater”.
This project adopts PHC300‑75AB pipe piles supplied by Pinsheng Building Materials, with pile lengths ranging from 8 meters to 9 meters.
