Located to the north of Macao Road and west of Huangma Road in Funing South‑City New District, Haitang Elegant Residence is a key resettlement livelihood project developed by Funing Urban Development Group.
Covering a total land area of approximately 96.49 mu, the project boasts a total construction area of nearly 207,500 ㎡. Thirteen high‑rise residential buildings of 18‑24 floors are planned, together with about 5,000 ㎡ of street‑side convenient commercial premises. The main dwelling units have a construction area ranging from 80 ㎡ to 120 ㎡, featuring well‑ventilated two‑to‑four‑room layouts to meet the demands of various resettlement households.
This project adopts PHC600‑130AB pipe piles supplied by Pinsheng Building Materials, with pile lengths ranging from 8 meters to 15 meters.
